Update your Custom POS Button
To access the new DRS Help Desk from your POS lane PCs, you'll need to replace the DRSnet button.
Here are steps to do that in less than 60 seconds from any PC running RMS (POS or Manager).

  1. Download: http://tinyurl.com/86ghqur
  2. Open contents and copy the 2 files to the DRS programs folder (or any folder of your choice).
  3. Run AddDRSHelpDeskButton from that folder.
  4. Close POS and go back in. A Help Desk link will appear on the right-side of the POS screen.

You only need to do this once on one PC to update all POS lanes.
